Manhattan Beach Family is seeking an experienced energetic, playful Nanny for their growing family. 

This is a full time position that will primarily work Monday-Friday from 7am-7pm to care for a 2 year old child. This is a close knit family so they want to find someone who is personable but knows how to maintain a professional boundary. They want their child to be Bilingual so the Nanny must speak Spanish or Mandarin, in addition to English.

Nanny will be responsible for getting child ready in the morning, including dressing, brushing teeth, making breakfast, and driving to school.

When the child is at school, Nanny will work as Family Assistant to help out wherever is needed in the home, especially the needs of the child, ie: laundry (clothes and bed linens), meal prep, organizing and sanitizing toys, activity prep, etc. This house also gets a lot of SWAG so someone who loves to organize clothing and manage wardrobes could have a lot of fun here, with a big emphasis on closet management including inventory.

Nanny would be responsible for picking up child from school and then engaging with child until dinner/bedtime.

The family is planning to add a second baby to the family soon (they will have newborn care for first 6 months), so infant care experience is preferred, as well as being flexible and adaptable to a changing family dynamic.

Requirements:

• 7 years of solid Nanny experience with amazing references
• Bilingual: Spanish or English
• Valid Driver’s License with clean record
• Passport and travel ready
• Able to swim and keep up with active 2 year old
• Available for overnight care as requested
