Experienced Live-Out Top Notch Housekeeper/Laundress Needed 

A wonderful private couple in Southern Palm Beach County is seeking an experienced Housekeeper with excellent laundry skills who is very detail oriented and used to working in a High-End Home. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Housekeeper will work in coordination and cooperation with the other staff to facilitate the highest level of service and household standards.  The ideal housekeeper is a self-starter who can anticipate, prioritize, be extremely organized and willing to go above and beyond in all aspects of the position. Will work in conjunction with and under principal’s long term Executive housekeeper. The estate is 17 sq ft.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Full Charge housekeeping: always maintaining the home to have a five-star hotel appearance
• Maintain a detailed cleaning routine including the rotation of deep and general cleaning projects
• Laundry & Ironing of clothing and linens/ Caring for fine garments/ hand washing, any tailoring skills a plus
• Vacuuming/Mopping etc. follow approved procedures for specialty floor surfaces
• Dusting & Mirror cleaning, showers, bathrooms etc.
• Experience with formal and informal service; assisting when the client entertains
• Experience with handling and caring for fine furnishings
• Run Errands if requested

Important skills

Duties are performed in a discrete manner with particular attention to preserve the owner’s privacy and respect the boundaries of the principals

Ability to clean around the principals in a manner, in which does not intrude with their daily life

Schedule:    Tuesday – Saturday from 8AM to 5PM

Salary: DOE with a stipend toward benefits

Need to be flexible as schedule may change from week to week

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years related work experience in a high end formal private residence
• Confidentiality and discretion required
• Works independently as well as part of a team
• Willing to go the extra mile
• Excellent attention to detail
• Stellar references from previous employers
• Excellent English
• Professional always
• Must be physically able to climb stairs several times a day in large estate home and be able to carry/lift heavy items while doing so
• Uniforms will be provided
• Valid US work authorization/ good with dogs
• Non-smoking, must have valid US driver’s license and own transportation
