EXPERIENCED HOUSEKEEPER FOR FAMILY IN SEATTLE, KING COUNTY, WA
Amazing clients in the tech industry in Seattle, WA are in need of an experienced Housekeeper to thoroughly clean a 7k square foot home, with 5 full bathrooms and two half baths. Must be comfortable and non-allergic to pets as the family has cats and bunnies in the home.
As the housekeeper you will provide the day-to-day cleaning, deep cleaning, and any other ad-hoc projects advised by the principals. Excellent with laundry, reading labels, and spot treatments, iron/steam and hand wash when needed; be able to determine what needs to be sent in for dry-cleaning, or ask principals before washing/taking something out. Run errands to the dry cleaners, shoes for repair, doing the grocery shopping or Costco runs. There is a vehicle for the housekeeper to use but you may be asked on occasion to use your own vehicle. Must have a clean driving record and reliable vehicle.
Housekeeper will oversee vendors/contractors in the home and keep an eye on the work, ensuring that they clean up and put away any materials . If the family is out of town some house and petting sitting may be required to oversee the home and feeds the cats and bunnies. No traveling is required. There is a Nanny and other staff who live on property. No laundry is required for the two other household staff.
This position is full-time, Monday through Friday and must be flexible for evenings or overtime in case there is a special dinner or work event (or possibly a late start that day to accommodate) as well as weekends.
Must read, write, and speak fluently in English.
Location: Seattle, King County, WA
Contract Length: Full-time/Permanent
Start Date: Immediate
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday with evening, overtime, and weekend flexibility. Hours will be discussed upon interview.
Salary: $40-$45 per hour DOE on a W-2
