Seeking an Experienced, Professional, and Hardworking House Manager for our high profile principal in Malibu. The right candidate will be someone efficient, friendly (but not looking to make friends), and diligent. 

The scope of the position is as follows 

• Create and upkeep household information binder. 
• Maintain shared calendar of vendors and service workers at residence  
• Schedule residence maintenance and repair works and supervise projects
• Ensure that all new vendors/workers visiting the residence sign the appropriate non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements
• Manage residence staff – submitting housekeeper time sheets weekly, manage vacation requests, and scheduling additional staff as needed
• Update residence inventories as desired products and foods change, minimizing waste 
• Order specialty items online and arrange for pick up from PO Box when necessary
• Assist with daily grocery shopping 
• As directed, liaise with employer or employer’s designated representatives on large expenditures which all shall require employer approval
• Pay all invoices, liaising with accountants 
• Review and submit credit card statements with proper coding and receipts to accountants each billing cycle 
• Manage petty cash, submitting log of spending with accompanying receipts to accountants regularly
• Open and log fan mail sent to any of the Residence, send scans to head of security for review
• Oversee property rental requests and liaise on tenant arrival, departure, and cleaning 
• Coordinate staff and oversee events held at the property; being flexible to work the occasional night or weekend
• And other duties as needed or requested
