Great opportunity for an Executive/Personal Assistant for a Beverly Hills entrepreneur with multiple companies
The ideal Executive/Personal Assistant will have a mind for business. This is a position for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, someone who understands how to use all of the different social media sites, someone technologically savvy. The candidate will have a deep understanding of confidentiality, and will be able to wear multiple hats, as this is a truly hybrid position. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow and learn about holding companies.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Managing all correspondence, company and personal emails, calls
- The creation and managing of systems for greater flow and efficiency
- Coordination of events
- Heavey calendar management
- Booking domestic and international travel
- There will be occasional travel
- Taking dictation (not professionally, but quick notes would be helpful)
- Assisting the MRS with her side business
- Writing concise, clear emails
- Research
- Strong confidentiality understanding, and discretion
- Excellent social media skills

- Start Date: Immediate
- Schedule: 2 days a week you will be at the home office, the other two days you would work remotely. 32-40 hours per week
