EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER – TAMPA BAY, FL

Our client is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly professional Executive Housekeeper to oversee the daily care and presentation of a beautifully maintained private residence in the Tampa Bay area. Working closely with the principals and household team, the Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining the residence to exceptional standards while ensuring every space is guest-ready, thoughtfully organized, and cared for with the utmost attention to detail. From the preservation of fine furnishings and luxury finishes to wardrobe care, inventory management, and household organization, this role is integral to the overall operation of the home.

Responsibilities

Housekeeping and Home Presentation

• Maintain the residence to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation
• Perform detailed housekeeping throughout the home, ensuring every room is consistently owner and guest ready
• Provide expert care for fine furnishings, natural stone, specialty surfaces, artwork, luxury textiles, and other high-value finishes
• Make beds, refresh guest rooms, and provide thoughtful turndown service when appropriate
• Identify maintenance concerns or repairs proactively and communicate them promptly

Laundry and Wardrobe Management

• Launder, press, steam, and care for fine clothing, luxury linens, and delicate fabrics
• Maintain wardrobes, closets, and seasonal clothing rotations in an organized and pristine condition
• Coordinate dry cleaning, alterations, and specialty garment care as needed
• Monitor wardrobe inventories and assist with organization of personal belongings

Household Organization

• Maintain exceptional organization throughout pantries, kitchens, storage areas, closets, and household workspaces
• Monitor household inventories, cleaning supplies, toiletries, linens, and household essentials
• Restock supplies and coordinate purchasing as needed to ensure the home remains fully prepared
• Develop and maintain organized household systems that improve daily efficiency

Household Support and Vendor Coordination

• Assist with preparing the residence for family arrivals, overnight guests, and special occasions
• Coordinate with household vendors, specialty service providers, and contractors working inside the residence
• Work collaboratively with the Estate Manager and other household staff to ensure seamless daily operations
• Support special projects and additional household needs as requested
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Senior Housekeeper within a luxury private residence
• Exceptional knowledge of luxury housekeeping practices and the care of fine furnishings, antiques, artwork, specialty surfaces, and delicate textiles
• Extensive experience with couture wardrobe care, luxury laundry, pressing, steaming, and garment organization
• Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a fully staffed household
• Strong communication skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
• Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience supporting an UHNW principal or fully staffed private estate
• Experience overseeing household inventories and purchasing premium household supplies
• Familiarity with household operating procedures and luxury service standards
• Background supporting family events, entertaining, and guest readiness

Location: Tampa Bay, Florida. This is a full-time, in-person position.

Schedule: Full-time with flexibility to support occasional evenings, weekends, or special events as the household requires.

Compensation and Benefits: up to $110K, a comprehensive benefits package.
