EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – WORK FROM HOME – TRAVEL IS REQUIRED (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Exciting position for a skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support the MRS with heavy calendars, schedules and travel itineraries, gifting, returns, liaising with family/business and staff/teams. If you love to travel, and work from home, this is a great opportunity to travel every month / every other month for approximately 1-2 weeks to NY/FL/CO/MI and abroad.
As a strong Executive Assistant with at least 5 years of experience (steady jobs only and tenure of 1-2 years per position minimum), you will put in place and manage current systems and structure for filing and databases, organization of movement and activities for the MRS, all correspondence and follow-up on emails/calls, etc. Tech savvy to ensure communications are up to the minute. Great attention to detail, excellent writing/speaking/listening skills. You are a top-level Executive Assistant. Former corporate EA background a plus however, private experience is required. Ability to transition from location to location seamlessly and work mobile when you are on the road.
Estate managers and additional Chief of Staff who travel to the homes to supervise. You will be directly reporting to the MRS and working with both EM and CoS.
Principals will be at the Michigan residence from May to October and their West Palm Beach residence from October to May. You will work hours that coordinate with their time zones while you work from home. Be prepared to work extra days and long hours at times (not all the time, and this is as directed by the MRS). Compensation will reflect this type of environment.
Ideally, EA has a residence in one or more of these locations: Los Angeles, New York, Florida/West Palm Beach or Michigan, client will assist with accommodations when traveling outside of candidate’s base camp.
Location: Work from home (EXCEPT when traveling monthly/every other month for 1 or more weeks)
Contract Length: Permanent
Start Date: Immediate
Travel: Required to NY/FL/MI/CO and possibly abroad and other domestic locations
Working Days: Mostly a Monday-Friday schedule, but this can change with principal’s needs, so you must be flexible with your work days
Working Hours: Typically 40 hours per week but there will be the need for overtime and occasional evenings and weekends
Salary: Exceptional compensation package, depending upon your experience
