  • Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and Principal to lead a team of housekeepers, chefs, groundskeepers, and other household staff
  • Create a positive work environment, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality are consistently maintained
  • Lead by example, actively engage in hands-on tasks, and working alongside the team
  • Manage day-to-day estate operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to high standards
  • Oversee event planning and coordination for various functions held at the residence


  • Proven leadership experience, preferably in a high-end hospitality setting
  • Hands-on management approach with a willingness to participate in physical tasks
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, capable of handling various responsibilities simultaneously
  • Previous experience in a concierge or front desk role at a renowned hotel group is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Salary: Competitive up to $120,000 annually. Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
