Experienced Estate Manager needed for Palm Beach family to manage staff, supervise renovations, maintain three residences in same development
We are looking for someone who possesses an excellent understanding of renovations, managing vendors, and new projects. Ability to work with a Chief of Staff and supervise small group of staff members. Responsibilities include: closing down house for the season and advancing arrivals for the principals (no children/no pets). Manage two other smaller properties in the gated development (occupied during the on-season).
Tech savvy, able to troubleshoot issues around the home, manage professionally, be of service heart, and no ego; good with collaborating, willingness to do whatever it takes to create a pleasant environment for the principals (picking up on a project and helping another staff member even if it is not your “job”). The right candidate for this position is flexible, does not have to do things their way but is open to collaboration, changes in schedules or plans do not frustrate or fluster you. Good action planner, back-up solutions, pleasant personality.
This family is happy to meet candidates with 5-7 years of experience.
- Location is in PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
- Schedule: Monday-Friday (unless weekend is necessary for repairs/oversight of project/events/advancing arrival of principals)
- Hours: 930am-530pm (approximately). VERY LITTLE AFTER HOURS REQUIRED
