Multi-compound property seeking a VERY experienced Estate Manager / Chief of Staff for Silicon Valley. Position will require at least 7+ years of UHNW multi-residence management, managing staff, working with established Property Manager as renovations and construction are going on.

Motivated, able work with urgency and get things done!

This is a newly created role for an active family that has recently relocated to Silicon Valley. We are seeking a true leader with a proven track record of effectively creating infrastructure while building a top notch team with enthusiasm and grace.

Our candidate will:

●  Act as main point of contact/ liaison for the family with regards to day to day running of the home, upholding the high standards for the household

●  Oversee and manage all primary house staff; including nanny, housekeepers, chef and personal assistant, security, driver, landscapers

●  Assume responsibility for the household’s orderly operation

●  Liaise with house manager in New York

●  Oversee all staff HR and functionality

●  Be lead for recruiting needs

●  Delegate appropriately and ensure task completion

●  Interface with all outside vendors

●  Schedule routine maintenance for the home

●  Manage and oversee construction projects at various properties

●  Manage all cars, maintenance and leases

●  Manage and execute all special projects

●  File all contracts, NDAs and important documents

●  Create household manuals for primary residence

●  Create manuals for the children and emergency contacts

●  Liaise with the family’s accountant/bookkeeper and family office CFO

●  Review all monthly credit card bills and household bills

●  Liaise with investment assistants and advisors
