ESTATE MANAGER, BEVERLY HILLS, LONG TERM COMMITMENT

This is a full time and very hands-on position for a strong Estate Manager with a minimum of 10-15 years’ experience, with outstanding current references. You will be required to run and maintain two main properties and two additional properties. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, who excels at making sure everything runs smoothly, and wants to create a peaceful and seamless environment. You will be responsible for the management of staff, interior, exterior and grounds associated with each residence; as well as upkeep, maintenance and amenities that fall within their borders.

You will demonstrate leadership and oversee management of the home’s internal team of staff, delegate and manage tasks, (housekeepers, dog sitters, gardeners and management of vendors), scheduling, formulate maintenance schedules, coordinate and supervise contractors, and maintain all estate records and files. You will also be responsible for the financial management across multiple properties: handling of invoices, billing and payment coordination with CPA.

It is very important for you to anticipate the clients every need from: stocking each home, running errands, car maintenance, calendar management, guest reception and concierge services. Impeccable organization skills, discretion and a service oriented mindset are key. Candidates should also be pet friendly.

This EM position is for someone who is at the top of their field, as it will require a superior knowledge of household systems (HVAC, electrical, Smart home systems, current high tech security and camera systems, familiarity in high-end home renovation projects, etc.) You will need to be technologically savvy regarding LV & AV Systems, as well as computer literate with Apple operating systems  and other applications including Word, Excel, Power Point. Also, a background in asset management would be extremely beneficial to this position.

We are only hiring long term applicants, looking for an 8 – 10 year commitment minimum.

Location: Beverly Hills, CA
Contract Length: Permanent
Start Date: Immediate

Working Days: Monday – Friday  rare weekends and evenings if there is an event
Working Hours: 8 Hour Day (8 – 4, 8:30 – 4:30 or 9 – 5)

Salary: $200K/PER ANNUM, 2 weeks paid vacation, 6 sick days, and no benefits at this time

Preference for Los Angeles locals who have an extensive local vendor list, and do not need to relocate for the job. Must have a vehicle to use for errands. HIRING ASAP!
