Busy family in Miami Beach is seeking a full time, permanent Chef, able to travel for summers in the Hamptons and other locations! Hamptons are often 3 months at a time.

• Chef would provide breakfast, lunch and dinner meals each day for two adults and two children (under 5 years old). Healthy lifestyle, beautiful presentation. Family try to eat as organic and farm to table as possible, no dairy usually, no heavy creams or sauces. Some vegan/vegetarian days, some meat/chicken days.
• Preference is for a Chef who enjoys cooking both great vegan dishes and non-vegan meals, breakfast lunch and dinner
• Chef travels over the summer to the Hamptons with the family for 2-3 months and occasionally to villas overseas
• The family require Monday-Friday with a possible weekend day included, this is to be discussed with Chef
• Trial (could be a week trial, also to be discussed)
• Other duties to include: shopping, stocking the kitchen, keeping the kitchen immaculate and organized/sanitized
• Family would prefer local Chefs who have their vendor lists for organic meats, poultry, fish, produce

Relocation offered. If absolutely necessary, family may be able to offer a room on property above the garage with other staff members.
