CAREER DAYTIME NANNY (BILINGUAL PREFERRED) – TAMPA BAY, FL-SEEKING LOCAL CANDIDATES

***Local Candidates Only***

Our client is seeking an experienced, nurturing, and engaging Career Daytime Nanny to join an established childcare team supporting their children in the Tampa Bay area. This is a wonderful opportunity for a career childcare professional who enjoys working collaboratively with other experienced nannies while creating a safe, structured, and enriching environment where children can thrive.

The successful candidate will work closely with the parents and other nannies to support the children’s daily routines, encourage age-appropriate learning and development, and provide thoughtful guidance through every stage of childhood. There will typically be two to three nannies working together at the same time, so someone who communicates well, understands how to work as part of a team, and can naturally step in where needed will be especially successful in this household.

The ideal candidate is warm, energetic, organized, and genuinely passionate about child development. They understand how to balance structure with creativity, maintain consistent routines, and foster curiosity through meaningful experiences both at home and in the community. The family would also like to incorporate a second language into their children’s daily lives, making bilingual candidates especially attractive
