Our lovely clients are seeking a LIVE-IN BUTLER to support the male principal with a variety of personal and household needs

The main priority of this position is the principal and his needs, he is an easy gentleman, and he does appreciate having everything neat and tidy.  Driving and running errands – picking up food at grocery stores and restaurants; discussing food plans and keeping food supply on hand. Taking care of guests – serving drinks; bringing towels to the pool; setting up buffet; setting the table.

(Post-COVID) Overseeing caterers for parties. Making sure the kitchen is set up, and showing caterers where everything is and that they have left the kitchen as they found it. Being there to guide caterers and servers, and help them in any way they might need.

Supporting house staff to keep pantry and cleaning supplies stocked

Maintaining stocked staff kitchen

Washing the cars

Have a good working knowledge of the house systems: HVAC, lighting, doors, pool system and sprinklers; tech savvy

Greeting and tending to subcontractors; being aware of the work being done on the house

Helping the housekeepers. Picking up all the dishes and washing them. Keeping the kitchen neat and tidy. Washing the towels and sheets and re-making the beds on Sundays

Walking the property every evening
