We are seeking a full time Butler/Houseman/Driver, who will live-out, in the Rancho Mirage area of California. This is a full time position.

In this role you must have a sincere passion to clean, organize, and be resourceful, and willingness to wear multiple hats. We are looking for someone extremely detail oriented, who has an innate and meticulous standard.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

• 3-5 years’ experience working in larger, high-end homes possible 5star hospitality setting.
• Cleaning: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, making beds (this position is shared with a housekeeper who lives-in)
• Possible other tasks could be some laundry, ironing, steaming.
• Driving the client, running errands, stocking and provisioning.
• Exceptional organizational skills with high aesthetic
• Organizational projects, closets/garages/cupboards/fridges etc…
• Packing and unpacking of luggage
• Ability to do some cooking and using the BBQ
• Experience with driving, errands, helping client(s) with whatever is needed
• Flexibility to work DAYS, WEEKENDS and EVENINGS. The typical schedule will be Monday-Saturday for 8 hours. When client is not in residence (April-November) the schedule may be ONLY 3-5 days/week. When client is in residence, (November-April is their season to be at the house), it could be longer days and hours.
• The clients do entertain, must be comfortable and experienced with handling guests needs.
• Works well with, and loves to support another staff member and principals.
•  Knows the difference between “Neat” and “Clean”. Has a keen attention to detail, is tidy and meticulously organized. Most importantly, this family seeks someone with a kind heart and a passion for their work. A care-giving nature, trustworthy and with integrity.

Salary 80-90k with stipend towards benefits (they are not providing benefits)
