Our clients in West Hollywood are seeking an exceptional Assistant. A background in events and design is a big plus, someone who possesses a sense of calm and with a natural eye for design and décor. Highly proficient in event coordination and marrying events with design, providing returns and shopping, errands, and gifting. Solid attention to detail required for this position that will support the MRS and the Estate Manager. You should be versatile, warm, friendly but not too familiar with your approach to the clients but able to create a good relationship. Integrity, trust, no drama. The ideal Assistant will be polished, with a well-spoken demeanor; have hands-on experience in a similar role; purchasing art and has dealt with asset management previously. Must have no ego or drama while operating at a high-level of emotional intelligence and unflappable under pressure. Always getting the job done and flexible to the principals needs as well as flexibility to travel.

The base will be in West Hollywood, but it is necessary to have a working vehicle to drive errands and go to other locations. Mileage will be reimbursed. Occasional (rare) after hours needs, and rare travel may be asked of you.

As the Assistant you would be reporting directly to the principal with dotted line reporting to the Estate Manager, the Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent support and assistance to the principal with personal affairs and event planning. The Assistant will also work in conjunction with the Estate Manager on fixed asset management as well as other household needs as required. The Assistant position will work according to the priorities and direction of the principal.


  • Event and design support as required by principal
  • Research, initiate and track purchases as directed by principal
  • Work in conjunction with Property Manager and Estate Manager on fixed asset management of décor
  • and design items received, stored, and liquidated
  • Responsible for gift reminders, gifting regime, and gift-wrapping closet organization
  • Package room décor item inventory, stocking, and organization
  • Manage Principal’s orders received and returns
  • Calendar support for Principal
  • Organize and maintain Principal’s contacts
  • Errands as needed
  • Additional Personal Assistant duties as needed for Principal
  • Additional support to Estate Management as needed


  • 3-5 years of personal assistant experience with an ultra-high or high net worth family required
  • Must be flexible in schedule and scope of work
  • Service oriented team player with an upbeat attitude
  • Willingness to proactively find solutions
  • Possess internet, email, and mobile communication skills
  • Able to exercise discretion and sound judgment
  • Must have great written and verbal communication skills, English required
  • Should be self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision
  • High EQ, unflappable, reliable, take ownership and work at a high level of operation
  • Organized, thorough, and detail-oriented


Must be able to work legally in the United States, with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

This position requires a proof of good credit and background check

Location: West Hollywood, CA

Contract Length: Full-time/permanent

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9AM-5PM with flexibility on weekends, holidays, and emergencies

Salary: DOE, full benefits offered
