Our clients in Seattle are seeking a local based Property Manager/Personal Assistant with handy-person skills to provide monthly retainer support. A low-intensity, high-reliability Property Manager with Personal Assistant skills, who has managed properties previously, and is familiar with maintaining the needs of a home when the principals are not in residence is preferred. Painting, light home maintenance, sourcing, vetting and management of vendors and oversight of their work, preparing the house for the principals' arrival or guest's arrivals. Shopping, errands, procuring and stocking, reviewing invoices from vendors and tracking payments, and other ad-hoc duties as needed. A great all-rounder who has done this type of work before is preferred. The Property Manager/PA will be proactive, walk the grounds weekly to ensure all systems are running properly, and there are no issues with the residence. This position will be paid on a retainer/monthly basis, based upon a certain number of hours (TBD) which principals feel is needed. This is a permanent position, working part time on an as-needed basis. Most likely the client will ask for a retainer of hours per week, and person will be paid on a contractor basis. Please include your reasons for leaving each position when you submit your resume. We are looking at candidates who have other positions they can "marry" this one too as it will not be enough for full time work. The client would like a flexible, easy to work with, no drama property manager who has good hands-on maintenance skills not just property management. This is for a private residence, not a multi-unit property and you will be dealing only with owners; there are no tenants or rents to collect.

Client with multiple homes around the Bay Area (local) is seeking a stellar, thorough, proactive Housekeeper who can work on their own self-directed. The ideal Housekeeper for this high end client will work quietly, take clothes to the dry cleaners, work with the Personal Assistant to ensure the home is running optimally and always principal and guest ready. Attention to detail, pride in your work and ability to proactively manage the housekeeping on your own. This position would rotate homes on a daily basis, 2 days in Palo Alto, 2 days in Woodside and a floating day in either SF or Alameda. Cleaning involves the main houses, guest houses, workshop, but not every one each day. This schedule would rotate depending upon which home has been occupied, if the workshop has been used (or maybe only needs a quick dust and air out, etc.). Deep cleaning as needed, but always basic daily cleaning of occupied rooms required. Kitchen, bathroom and bedding all the time, but not deep cleaning all the time. Some dry cleaning of sheets may be done when guests are staying over. Housekeeper must know how to use a spreadsheet (or be able to at least input data in a spreadsheet), be able to communicate with a SMART phone device (text, messenger), ability to enter home with a keyless/coded entry.   • Constant edit / audit of pack items, making sure everything is up to date and still current

  1. Dry Cleaning – Which includes, but is not limited to:
  • Working with HH and separating dry cleaning for either our local dry cleaner depending on the item and who it’s for
  • Logging all outgoing / incoming dry cleaning
  • Ensuring that all incoming clothes go to HH to be put away
  • Making sure the packing closet is stocked with clothes and also partnering with HH to make sure clothes are stocked in the downstairs master suite
  • Going through dirty clothes that come back from the pack and working with Assistant to make sure that they are rushed if needed for the next pack
  1. Organizational Projects – which includes, but is not limited to:
  • Working with Assistant and HH on areas that might need to be organized within the main home and workroom
  • Constant checking / elevation of the supplement cabinet –  make sure supplements are in stock and chunked properly
  • Constant checking / elevation of the packing closet –  make sure pack items & toiletries are in stock and chunked properly
  1. Assistant for vendors and gate management– which includes, but is not limited to:
  • Checking in with Assistant to see what vendors are coming to the house and which ones you might be assigned to
  • Management of the gate – making sure appropriate people are coming in and letting Assistant know when people arrive
  1. Assist to HH & Flower Arrangements – which includes, but is not limited to:
  • Checking in with HH first thing when you get in to see where you may best support , you will typically be with HH for the first half of your day, so managing your time appropriately to allow for maximum efficiency
  • Purchasing / sourcing of flowers from our local contact and arrangement of flowers when requested
  • Helping set up for dinner parties / special guests that come within the residence – making sure areas of the home are presentable and aesthetically pleasing to the eye
