Large estate and great clients in the Seattle area are seeking TWO NEW HOUSEKEEPERS for the PM shifts First position is the Head Housekeeper, who will be hands on with all needs in the home: detailed and daily cleaning, laundry and ironing, management of delicate and fine fabrics, spot treatments of clothes, rugs and other areas around the home, breaking down boxes and organization of areas around the estate, and the management of another housekeeper who will work the PM shift with you. Ability to manage others, supervise and encourage good work practices and manage vendors is expected of this Head Housekeeper position. Proactive nature, leadership qualities and a "do as I do" management approach. Second position is a Housekeeper role who will be supervised and work alongside the Head Housekeeper. Usual duties of daily and deep cleaning, laundry and ironing, keeping home guest ready at all time, supporting the Head Housekeeper with all ad-hoc projects, detailed oversight of interior and exterior of property. Organizing closets, drawers and all areas around the estate. Ultra High Net Worth clients in Beverly Hills are seeking a Handyman/Property Maintenance Manager

This position will work Monday-Friday, 40+hours week (not sure of the exact hours yet), with some occasional weekend needs when there is an emergency, etc. The couple need someone who can handle it all as the clients are moving into a new home in September and there will be a lot of “fix it” needs as well as managing outside service vendors and contractors. Duties may include but not limited to: painting and drywall repair, electrical and plumbing repairs, landscaping and general home maintenance. Possible vetting of the outside vendors and working with Estate Manager to ensure all systems are running to perfection. Ability to do troubleshooting both interior and exterior of the property.

The Property Maintenance Manager will have experience working in either UHNW homes or hospitality, have a background in construction or commensurate experience in Handyman services. Daily and weekly walking of the grounds, reporting any issues to Estate Manager, supporting (when needed) Housekeeping with changing light bulbs, moving furniture or other ad hoc needs. You may be needed to run errands or pick up items at hardware stores, etc., so a working vehicle will be needed (mileage reimbursement is offered).

Ability to review invoices from vendors and track shipments for your department, communicate effectively and expeditiously, ability to use a computer and/or smart phone device.

NCS in Miami Beach (MUST BE LOCAL HIRE), starting April 2021
Our amazing clients are seeking a warm and nurturing (and experienced!) Newborn Care Specialist for their 3rd child due in April, 2021 to support for at least 6 to 9 months. Expectation is with assisting the mom to get situated, help with schedules, sleep training, etc., on either 18 or 24 hour days to get started. Hours/days will be revised and adjusted as they go. Flexibility is key, and a willingness to stay on with the family until between 6 to 9 months.
Live-in is required. There may be travel (PRIVATE JET). Family have other homes they go to during the summer, so Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) may be flying to the Hamptons for the summer where our clients have a lovely estate. There is a private chef who cooks meals, and housekeepers on property. NCS quarters will be on property in the main house with bedroom/bathroom well appointed.
NCS must be living in the Miami or nearby areas, and have a minimum of 5 years NCS experience with verifiable references, and clear background check. The family have two other children, under the age of 10, there is a Nanny who cares for them. This is the family's 3rd child.

Family with homes in Los Angeles and at the beach, are seeking a "Travel Chef" willing to travel with our Principals upon request This Travel Chef position, when land based, works with the Executive Chef in place at the client's homes for private parties and events, and Chef coverage. The Travel Chef primarily supports the family when they are on their private yacht,  as well as doing some cooking at their residence in Malibu, with some international travel when that resumes to semi-normal (no dates yet decided). They will also collaborate with the crew sous chef onboard the vessel for provisioning etc. We want someone who is passionate about sourcing and preparing clean, sustainable, healthy, and amazing meals. The Chef will be required to source the best local ingredients and then cook/prepare ‘normal’ but high quality meals. They would like a Chef who can put together clean, healthy, regular dishes for them, not necessarily a 5 star gourmet dinner. They’ll need to coordinate closely with the sous chef onboard the yacht, and begin to strategize how to source the best local ingredients for trips. We’ll need someone who’s super flexible, as you may need to be available with a few days' notice for travel. Chef will receive the client's preference lists, and will cook accordingly off of what they can/can not eat, creating menus and adding their "flare" to the meals. Healthy, but not boring as they have excellent palates. Resourcing local vendors - wherever the clients are - will be a very important part of this job. You must be comfortable traveling, as trips could be 2 weeks. Chef will receive advance notice of length of travel to prepare. AMAZING JOB IN NEW YORK CITY WITH A GREAT FAMILY FOR A LIVE IN/OUT NANNY FOR A FULL TIME POSITION! UES family seeking exceptional full time live-in/live-out, (a combination), Nanny primarily for two children under ten years old. We are looking for someone who can work between 4 and 5 days per week, ideally with flexibility, to rotate with another Nanny as needed during vacation, sick days, etc. Candidates should be willing to live-in during the summer in East Hampton during the work week, as well as, travel with the family when needed, particularly during the pandemic. You should be flexible to cover weekend days here and there. Seeking someone with Manhattan experience, with child CPR certification (or willingness to be certified), preferably live-in experience, can drive, swim well and ideally be able to do light-cooking sometimes for the children. Someone with an educational background or a college graduate, who can help the children with school would be very helpful. A great team playing mentality, creative, fun, able to help children hit educational milestones would be ideal Compensation commensurate with experience, paid by W-2, health benefits.
