HOUSE MANAGER / PERSONAL ASSISTANT IN LAS VEGAS, NEVADA – WORK FROM THEIR HOME OFFICE 

Our clients area a dynamic e-commerce company operating from a residence in Southern Highlands Las Vegas, dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to their customers. As they focus on growing their business, they are seeking a competent and dedicated individual to join the team as a House Manager/Personal Assistant. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of both their household and professional endeavors. We are looking for a responsible, reliable, experienced HM/PA who has exceptional follow-through, great communication and quick response times. You must be good with project management, working independently, and able to support two executives. Other staff include two Housekeepers.

Responsibilities:

Schedule Management:

  • Efficiently manage the schedules of the employer and business partners
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring timely attendance and effective time utilization
  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation

Household Management:

  • Perform various household tasks, including but not limited to organizing, and maintaining household inventory
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance for the house and vehicles, liaising with vendors and service providers as necessary
  • Ensure the overall tidiness and functionality of the residence (oversight of the housekeeper/housekeeping team, coordinate cleanings and pay them with company card)

Errand Running:

  • Run errands as needed, such as grocery shopping, banking, and mail handling
  • Handle miscellaneous tasks outside the home, including dropping off and picking up items

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the employer and business partners, including managing correspondence, filing documents, and maintaining records, book flights and travel management, maintain schedules, register vehicles with the DMV, purchase and send gifts
  • Assist with personal tasks, such as managing personal planning and handling confidential information with discretion

Communication and Coordination:

  • Serve as a point of contact for both internal and external communication, including screening phone calls and responding to emails on behalf of the employer
  • Coordinate with team members and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient workflow and communication

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a household or executive environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional demeanor
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to handle various household and administrative challenges
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for scheduling, communication, and organization
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for running errands and attending appointments outside the home
  • Applicants must consent to undergo a thorough background check, including but not limited to criminal history, employment verification, and reference checks, as a condition of employment
  • Must be flexible with work hours and be available 5 days/week full time
